This information is provided directly by you and used for account creation and authentication.

Additionally, we use Google Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Realtime Database (or Firestore)

• Firebase Analytics

These services may automatically collect the following types of data:

• Device information (e.g., device type, operating system)

• Usage data (e.g., screens visited, features used)

• IP address and app instance identifiers

• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

This information is typically collected in an aggregated, anonymized format but may sometimes be associated with your user account for operational purposes.

• Create and authenticate user accounts using Firebase Authentication

• Store and manage user-generated content via Firebase Database

However, we use third-party services provided by Google Firebase, which may process your data on our behalf. Firebase is compliant with data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA, and provides secure, encrypted data storage and processing.

4. Your Data Rights

You have full control over your data. You may delete your account at any time through the app interface. Upon deletion, all associated data stored in Firebase will be permanently removed.

5. Children’s Privacy

HeroForms is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will take immediate action to delete that information.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices, including:

• Secure communication channels

• Access controls

Firebase services are hosted on Google Cloud Platform and benefit from its robust security infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
